Dear SGBC Brothers and Sisters,

Peace of God be with you! With a grateful heart, SGBC will relax the COVID restrictions from November 13, 2022.

We will continue to have three in-person Sunday Worship Services with live streaming at the same time, including Mandarin service at 10 am, English and Cantonese services at 11:30 am. The Children in-person service at 11:30 am still requires pre-registration, with no live streaming but is available online as well. Other online gatherings and times remain unchanged.

Guidelines for physical gathering sites:

1. Seating and distancing restrictions will be removed.
2. Wearing masks indoors is recommended, but not mandatory.
3. Indoor eating or not will be left to the discretion of individual ministries. Please still observe the usual safety and health practices.
   • Frequent hand sanitizing/washing before and after eating
   • Avoid food sharing (especially with individuals from different households)
   • Consider designated servers for any buffet style meals to minimize unnecessary contact with food serving tools

We encourage you to participate in in-person worship, but we also understand that there may be various reasons that you cannot participate in-person temporarily. We, therefore, will continue to simultaneously broadcast our worship online. Keep joining corporate worship regularly, whether in-person or online live worship. As long as you worship in spirit and in truth, it will be pleasing to the Lord our God. We also hope that we can continue to walk with you and share life together, to pursue spiritual growth in the Lord and bring Christ’s love to others.
