Location and Accommodation

Durham College & Ontario Tech University Campus

Accommodation will be provided in suites, each comprising two rooms, with one double bed in each room. Each suite has a capacity to accommodate up to four people.

Participants have the option to form groups and select their roommates for shared occupancy or opt for exclusive use of an entire suite by paying an additional fee.

Alternatively, participants may choose to let SGBC handle the accommodation arrangements.

SGBC reserves the right to make the final decision regarding accommodation arrangements based on the final number of participants.

Meals

During the spring camp, participants will be provided with four meals, which are scheduled as follows:
Dinner on Saturday
Lunch and Dinner on Sunday
Breakfast on Monday
*It is important to note that participants are required to arrange their own breakfast on Sunday.*

Accommodation Details

For minors under the age of 18, it is mandatory that they are accompanied by at least one parent or guardian throughout the stay.

Each suite is furnished with essential amenities, including a kitchenette, microwave, mini-fridge, a three-piece bathroom, and individually controlled air-conditioning. However, it’s important to be aware that the suite does not come equipped with kettles, pots, pans, dishware, or any utensils. Participants should make the necessary arrangements for these items during their stay.

Fee

Early Bird Discount by February 10, 2024 (per person)

• 1 suite for 1 individual: $295
• 1 suite shared with 2 individuals (one room each): $195
• 1 suite shared with 3 individuals: $160
• 1 suite shared with 4 individuals (share rooms): $140

Registration after February 10, 2024 (per person)

• 1 suite for 1 individual: $310
• 1 suite shared with 2 individuals (one room each): $210
• 1 suite shared with 3 individuals: $175
• 1 suite shared with 4 individuals (share rooms): $155

*Children aged 12 years and under can enjoy a discount of $25 each.

Deadlines

Early Bird: February 10, 2024
Registration: March 24, 2024

All payments should be made on or before March 24, 2024.
*To enjoy the early bird discount, please make the payment on or before February 10.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Any amendments or cancellations made before March 24, 2024 (55 days before the event) will be subject to at least a 50% penalty fee.
2. Any amendments or cancellations made after March 24, 2024, and before April 19, 2024 (30 days before the event) will be subject to at least a 75% penalty fee.
3. No refunds for cancellations after April 19, 2024 (30 days before the event).
4. All refunds for cancellations will require at least 4 weeks for processing.
