Stock Donation Instructions
- Please complete the Stock Donation Form.
- Submit the completed form to your brokerage/investment firm to initiate the stock transfer.
- Please email a copy of the form to finance@stouffvillegrace.ca.
A charitable donation receipt will be issued by the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ).
